No-Fuss Meal
Hey, we all have days when we don't have time to be a gourmand.

(40.5 oz.) kidney beans |
| 1 can |
creamed corn |
| 1 can |
diced tomatoes |
| 1 cup |
shredded carrot |
| 1 can |
peas |
| 1 teaspoon |
garlic |
| 1 pinch |
cumin |
| 1/2 tablespoon |
olive oil |
| |
supplements as desired |
- Rinse beans and peas.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Serve with whole wheat bread or tortillas, if desired.
