Curry Noodles
| 1 package |
yellow split peas |
| 2 cups |
broccoli florets |
| 1 package |
frozen mixed vegetables |
| 1 cup |
fresh carrots, chopped |
| 1/4 cup |
dried apple |
| 2 teaspoons |
vegetable bouillon |
| 2 pinchs |
curry powder |
| 1 cup |
uncooked whole wheat macaroni |
| supplements of your choice (I like vegedog or Dr. Pitcairn's healthy powder.) |
- Put all ingredients except for macaroni and supplements into a crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or until peas are tender.
- In a separate pot, boil macaroni till done.
- When vegetables are done, stir everything together.
- Variation: Leave out the macaroni and serve over garlic naan instead.
