Wheat Germ and Garlic

whole wheat flour |
| 2 3/4 cups |

| 1 1/4 cups |
vegetable oil |
| 1 1/2 cups |
wheat germ |
| 1 1/2 cups |
water |
| 2 teaspoons |
garlic, minced |
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine flours and wheat germ.
- In a separate bowl, combine water, oil, and garlic.
- Stir wet ingredients into the dry ones and stir.
- Knead and roll out onto floured surface.
- Roll to 1/4" thickness and cut carefully with cookie cutters (dough will be somewhat delicate before baking.)
- Place on greased cookie sheets and bake for 20 minutes.
