Very Veggie Vitamin Bombs
You can make different flavors by choosing different kinds of baby food.
| 6 cups |
whole wheat flour |
| 3 cups |
wheat germ |
| 1 1/2 cups |
vegetable broth |
| 3 cups |
(3 big jars plus 3 little jars) baby food of your choice (green beans and sweet potatoes are popular) |
| 9 tablespoons |
vegetable oil |
| 4 tablespoons |
dried alfalfa flakes |
- In a large bowl, combine flour, wheat germ, and alfalfa.
- Stir in broth, baby food, and oil till well blended.
- Knead on a lightly floured surface. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutters.
- Bake at 375 degrees till firm and dry.
