Vegdog Bites

minced parsley or vegetable pulp from a juicer |
| 1/4 cup |
shredded carrots |
| 1/4 cup |
nutritional yeast |
| 2 tablespoons |
olive oil |
| 2 3/4 cups |
whole wheat flour |
| 2 tablespoons |
bran |
| 2 teaspoons |
baking powder |
| 0.5-1 cup |
water |
- In a large bowl, combine parsley, carrots, yeast, and oil.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Gradually add water to form a firm dough.
- Knead till smooth.
- Roll out onto a floured surface, cut with cookie cutters, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
