Terrier Tea Cakes

molasses |

apple sauce |
| 1 1/3 cups |

| 1/2 cup |
oats |
- Mix together cornmeal, wheat flour, baking powder, and spices.
- In a separate bowl, combine molasses, applesauce, and water.
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir till blended.
- Scoop into lined muffin pans with an ice cream scoop.
- Sprinkle the tops with oats.
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
