Sunflower Treats

whole wheat flour |
| 2/3 cups |
cornmeal |
| 1/2 cup |
sunflower seeds |
| 2 tablespoons |
oil |
| 1/2 cup |
salt-free vegetable broth |
| 1/2 cup |
rice milk |
- in a large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, and seeds.
- Add oil, broth, and rice milk.
- Stir to form a firm dough, adding a few tablespoons of water, if necessary to achieve a smooth texture.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface.
- Cut with cookie cutters.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until crisp.
