Pupcakes
A birthday treat!
| 2 cups |
whole wheat flour |
| 2 tablespoons |
salt free veggie broth powder |
| 2 teaspoons |
baking powder |
| 1/3 cup |
vegetable oil |
| NRG egg replacer equivalent to 1 egg |
| 1 cup |
vegetable stock or rice milk |
| 1/2 cup |
peanut butter |
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine flour, baking powder.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Grease muffin tins.
- Spoon batter into tins, about 2/3 full.
- Bake 15-25 minutes.
- When cool frost with peanut butter.
- Top with a small homemade biscuit, if desired (teensy cookies cutters can be found at many craft stores).
