vegetable stock |

premium extra virgin olive oil |

nutritional yeast |

dried parsley |
| 1 teaspoon |
oregano |
| 2 teaspoons |
minced, dried, or granulated garlic |

whole wheat flour |
| 1 cup |
cracked wheat |
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- In a large bowl, combine everything except flour and wheat. Stir.
- Now add the flour and wheat, creating a stiff dough.
- Knead till smooth.
- Roll onto a floured surface.
- Cut with cookie cutters.
- Bake at 325 degrees till crisp.
