Hummus for Hounds

A great appetizer to serve at your next doggie party!

1 can	chickpeas
2 cloves	garlic, minced
3 tablespoons	minced parsley, preferably fresh
2 tablespoons	olive oil
1 tablespoon	tahini
	whole wheat pita

Place all ingredients except pita bread in a food processor.
Blend till not quite smooth.
Serve spread on toasted whole wheat pita points (cut rounds into triangles and heat in toaster oven) or mini rice cakes.
These can get messy, so avoid serving them on the carpet.
