Smokey Bulgur Bones

whole wheat flour |
| 2 cups |
bulgur |
| 1 cup |
cornmeal |
| 1/2 cup |
nutritional yeast |
| 3 cups |
vegetable broth |
| 1 teaspoon |
liquid smoke |
- Mix flours, wheat, cornmeal, and yeast in a large bowl.
- Combine the broth and liquid smoke.
- Add to dry ingredients.
- Stir till a stiff dough forms.
- Knead till smooth.
- Roll out on a floured surface.
- Cut with cookie cutters.
- Bake at 300 degrees till crisp and browned.
